Lubangi tengahnya. Tuang telur di tengah, aduk searah dari arah dalam menggunakan whisk, sambil dituangi minyak sayur dan santan. Aduk hingga menjadi adonan pasta halus. Masukkan pasta pandan, aduk rata.</li><li style="text-align: left;"><strong><em>Adonan putih telur:</em></strong> Kocok putih telur, gula pasir, garam dan cream of tartar (jika pakai) hingga puncak tumpul (soft peak).</li><li style="text-align: left;">Campurkan adonan putih telur ke dalam adonan pasta, aduk perlahan dengan whisk hingga rata.</li><li style="text-align: left;">Tuang ke dalam loyang chiffon diameter bawah 20 cm tanpa dioles apa-apa. Panggang kurang lebih 90 menit hingga kue matang dan kokoh (jika ditekan permukaannya kembali membal).</li><li style="text-align: left;">Keluarkan kue. Panas-panas, balikkan loyang, bisa disangga botol atau disangga kaki-kaki loyang. Biarkan dalam keadaan terbalik hingga dingin.</li><li style="text-align: left;">Jalankan pisau tipis di sekeliling loyang dengan gerakan lurus. Juga di dasar kue.</li><li style="text-align: left;">Lepaskan bagian tengah kue dengan menggunakan tusuk sate. Balik kue ke atas rak kawat atau langsung ke piring saji. Jadi baru bikin setelah 7 harian beliau..<br /><br />Tantangan kali ini aku bikin dengan suasana hati yang boleh dibilang gak terlalu ok</div><div><br />Yang pertama aku bikin adalah Minted Shortbread Stick nya. Gak terlalu ada hambatan cuma krn ngikutin ukuran di resep ternyata hasilnya rada kelebaran (mbeleber... hrsnya nggak kali ya...). dan mint nya berasa bangeeeettttt...padahal perasaan cuma dikit tp koq ya masih kayak makan permen mentos.. :P<br /><br />Hari berikutnya baru bikin Caramel nya... pas nuang nyampur gula sama air ragu2 apa iya ya begini...maklum blm pernah bikin caramel.. Tp setelah dijalani dengan api kecil &amp; panci non teflon yg dasarnya rada tebal kayaknya lumayan berhasil tuh... gak gosong walaupun menurutku di hsl akhirnya msh kurang 'manis' tampilannya... tapi tetep lembuuuttt di lidah.. yum yum.. <em><strong><span style="color:#cc33cc;">(eh...setelah melihat hsl posting temen2 yg lain lha koq punyaku ternyata gelap banget ya hslnya? jgn2 yg menurutku gak gosong ternyata gosong.. huwahahahaha....gini niy kalo sok pede...)</span></strong><br /></em><br />Baedeweh.... tantangan kali ini berakhir happy ending buat ku ...... karena walaupun bikin di 2 hr terakhir, suasana hati kurang mendukung, fotonya juga sekenanya, mesti ke rental komputer utk edit foto dan ke warnet buat kirim laporan berakhir dengan didapatnya tanda lulus...
